Tell us about your brand and your business model.

THE BRAND: Be seen. Be heard. Be bold.™ Distinctively and luxuriously textured investment jewelry for the poised, avant-garde woman looking to assert her unique style in a professional environment.

ETHOS: Ethically made and sourced Eco-conscious studio practices Engaged in the community.

BUSINESS MODEL: Pareure is built on a wholesale business model whereby the vast majority of our products are sold through retailers that we meet, typically, via tradeshows. Additionally, there is a small ecommerce presence to allow us to get feedback on new designs and reach customers in areas where we do not yet have a relationship with a retail stockist.

What drove you to start your own label? And what have you enjoyed the most so far?

Having worked in corporate America for a number of years and being part of the start-up business community, I saw that women’s roles in business were changing and an opportunity for more freedom of expression in business attire was opening up. This opportunity exposed a gap between lower priced and fine jewelry.

Additionally, the growing desire for sustainable goods strengthened the already significant focus on high quality, investment accessories. At the moment, the most enjoyable part of accessory design has been digging deeper to really getting to know my customer and to see how that knowledge has influenced the evolution of my designs and choice of materials.

What are one or two big goals you’re focusing on in the next 6 months?

Big goal: Launch Signature Jewelry Line – 360 Degrees.
